UPCYCLED FOLK ART captures the theme of my figures. Used glass bottles, burnt out light bulbs & wine corks are “upcycled” into armatures for a variety of figures. Each unique figure is built with plaster, sanded & hand painted. Subject matter includes, but is not limited to holiday (Santas, Leprechauns), religious & mythological creatures. Personalized consignments are welcome!

After more than forty years of earning a living as a potter in Cedarburg, I turned my creative energy to an old hobby––photography, and recently I've been having a go at acrylics.

Kandy Gibson is a utilitarian potter who creates pots that are visually pleasing and unique in character, but also useful in everyday life. Each piece of stoneware pottery created reflects her enjoyment for throwing, carving, sketching, embellishing, creating and using. Most of her pieces are wheel thrown, but some are hand built. The forms are usually organic in nature, which stems from her love of the balance observed in nature.

Martha draws inspiration from nature, travel and her life experiences especially the ones involving her grandchildren. Martha finds peace while creating striving to instil a sense of calm, serenity or joy.

I am inspired by the American road-trip and encounters I’ve had with landmarks and roadside attractions dotted across the country. My artistic inspiration comes from nostalgic neon signage, abandoned motels, gas stations, and American landscapes.

Words rarely come easily for me, one thought splits into another and then another, as I search my mind for the right words. Each blank canvas allows me to expressively explore the vocabulary of color and marks as a way to record the impressions of discovering beauty in the inconsequential. Poetry in motion is what I strive to achieve with each painting.
The abstract imagery allows for viewers a contemplative journey of the visual language. It is perhaps a path to finding value and contentment in what may at first seem inconsequential, but is in fact essential to the human experience.

Barbara's art objective is the creation of functional and fun stoneware both on the potter's wheel and by hand-building. Her pottery tends to be one-of-a-kind pieces as her interests and glaze choices always vary. Each piece strives for inspired craftsmanship and represents a new adventure using natural colors and textures of the earth.

I find working with paper deeply satisfying and appreciate its organic, fluid quality and seemingly endless variety of textures, colors and patterns. Glass is perfect for decoupage because it offers a two-sided canvas on which to create multi-layered images. My vessels all have pure glass interiors and are functional works of art.

Iris Fieber's oil paintings are inspired by her experiences with animals, nature and wildlife conservation.

Nancy Nelson Going brings you artistically curated and designed one-of-kind jewelry. Her designs are crafted from high quality precious and semi precious stones, pearls and custom, hand forged metals. She has been beading for 32 years and finds the history of beads, their colors and textures most exciting. Forging metal is a “ new “ love of nearly 15 years and it compliments the organic nature of Nancy's work. She loves all design and finds inspiration for her work in her garden, travels and natural places!
